In France they use different money than we do,they have Euro Dollars and Euro Cents
There is a lot more public transportation in Paris than in the USA. Especially elaborate train and subway systems.
There is a lot of tourism in Paris and long lines for all the sites. I went in the winter time which they said is very slow for tourism, in the summer the lines are much longer and things are even more crowded.
Paris is a big city and everyone is rushing all the time, running through the subway stations, pushing through crowded side walks, driving really fast.
Clothes and style of makeup and hair is fancier than in the USA. Everyone wears leather boots and boys wear white velcro shoes and skinny legged pants.
Foods: They eat a lot more bread and baked goods, yogurt and soups. Also they eat mostly ham for lunch meat and here we eat mostly turkey. They eat a lot of chocolate in France, chocolate breakfast cereal, spread for sandwiches and crepes, in croissants.
Cars: Different brands and very few American made cars. Taxi's are sometimes even Mercedes Benz!
Sports: They mostly care about soccer, rugby, and chess from what I could gather.
